Uploading a song to SongSlay does not transfer ownership. Rights in your recording and composition remain with you or the applicable rights holder(s).

By uploading or sharing, you give SongSlay only the limited rights needed to host, store, process, analyze, stream or display your material, and generate the SongSlay features you ask for. SongSlay uses your material only as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy to provide and operate the features you use.

You confirm that you own or control the rights to what you submit, or that you have permission from the applicable rights holder(s). Do not upload material you are not entitled to share.

Making a song publicly playable on SongSlay does not grant other members or visitors any licence to copy, reproduce, download, distribute, sample, remix, publish, or commercially use it.

SongSlay gives creators tools to showcase and share their work, but cannot guarantee prevention of unauthorized copying or misuse by third parties. SongSlay is not a copyright registration service and does not verify registration details supplied by creators.
