You own what you upload

Every recording, lyric, melody, and version you upload belongs to you. SongSlay claims no ownership, no copyright, and no license beyond what is needed to run the services you asked us to run.

We do not sell or share your work

SongSlay does not sell lyrics, sell recordings, give them away, or provide them to third parties. Your files and data are used only to deliver the services you requested — analysis, reports, and the tools inside your account.

We do not submit your songs anywhere

We do not enter your songs into contests, pitch them to labels or playlists, post them publicly, or send them to anyone outside the SongSlay review workflow. Your material stays inside SongSlay unless you choose to share it yourself.

What we do keep

We keep the analysis, scores, recommendations, and version history so you can track your progress. That data belongs to you and can be removed when you delete your account, subject to any active paid work that needs to be completed or paid out first.

We rely on what you tell us

SongSlay has no way to know whether a song, lyric, recording, or other material you upload actually belongs to you or to a third party. We do not independently verify ownership of uploaded work. If you provide content that belongs to someone else, you are solely responsible. SongSlay is not liable for any claim, dispute, or damage arising from content uploaded by a user without proper rights.

Who can use SongSlay

You must be at least 13 years old to use SongSlay. If you are 13 to 15, a parent or guardian must confirm your account. Members under 18 cannot hear songs marked explicit. These rules follow standard online age-protection requirements, including COPPA in the United States and GDPR consent ages in Europe.

Payments and refunds

Because of the AI and audio technology behind every SongSlay, the work and its cost happen the moment a run starts. For that reason we cannot issue refunds. Please read this before you buy anything.

• Single SongSlay and Single Song + BandSlay. Charged when you start the run. Once the analysis has begun it cannot be refunded.
• Monthly plans. Charged at the start of each month and give you 10 credits to use however you like. Unused credits do not carry over and are not refunded. You can cancel any time, and your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
• Top-up packs and extra image regenerations. Charged when you buy them and non-refundable once any part has been used.
• Human Second Opinion. You are not charged until your reviewer submits the finished review. Until then you can withdraw your request at no cost. If a reviewer has to hand your song back, it moves to the front of the queue and you can wait or withdraw. Once a review has been delivered it cannot be refunded.

If something genuinely went wrong on our side — a run that failed and produced nothing — tell us and we will put the credit back on your account.
